I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rachel for her outstanding customer service! When I booked our room a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that my wife and I had stayed here after our wedding 17 years ago. This hotel holds a special place in our hearts, and now that our kids are 16 and 14 and fairly independent, we can enjoy an evening together without worry. My wife brought her Styrofoam pillow for medical reasons, but unfortunately, we forgot to take it home. Thankfully, since we live in Gretna, I called the front desk, and Rachel took my number, promising to follow up once housekeeping arrived. When I went to pick up the pillow, I shared our story of staying here all those years ago. Rachel immediately recognized us and said, "Oh, that was you! We upgraded your room to celebrate your 17 years." Thank you so much, Rachel! Your kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. It was incredibly humble of you to go above and beyond without expecting any recognition. In fact, had it not been for my own forgetfulness and our conversation, your thoughtful gesture might have gone completely unnoticed. Large junior suite was perfect. Great use of space, comfy beds and pillows, extras for the pull out couch. Remodeling was going on, but they made it work in a convenient way for guests to use a different area as a lobby and breakfast space. There was a sign in the breakfast area that said to ask for assistance if you had dietary restrictions. No one ever thinks of that! There are even beers on tap in the lobby! Place was really clean and staff was sweet.

Joseph was AMAZING! From the time of check in to switching rooms to connecting rooms for my family. He also had a listening ear with my medical condition. He made sure we were completely taken care of in the pool and our room. Anytime we are staying in Omaha this is the only motel I will stay at. I hope to see Joseph every time!!!!

Front desk was friendly when checking in and checking out mattress was nice towels were good breakfast had a great variety location felt safe and well lit

Location was great - right off I80, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, small but nice pool, comfortable beds

Nice clean big room. Lots of room for luggage. Lighting was lacking but we find that often. :( Beds were okay comfy. Very nice breakfast with many options to please all. Yummy!
